SEGRO, investor and developer of logistics and industrial real estate, has leased unit B of SEGRO Logistics Centre Schiphol to RIF Europe B.V. in April 2021.
RIF Europe B.V., a Netherlands based division of the UK headquartered RIF Group, specializes in international logistics and distribution to a wide ranging client base. RIF Europe B.V. is the newest and fastest growing division within the Group. In just over one year, RIF Europe B.V. has expanded its logistics facilities in the Netherlands from 0 m² to 22,500 m² as a result of increasing demand from existing clients and new client wins.

Less than two years after their start in the Netherlands, RIF will rent 9,723 m² at SEGRO Logistics Centre Schiphol, which will be their third and largest distribution center in the Netherlands. The company will continue to operate from its headquarters at the AMS Cargo Center in Rozenburg.
Top location for various industries
SEGRO Logistics Centre Schiphol is a modern and future-proof warehouse of 17,000 m² at Schiphol Tradepark - Skyzone A4. The logistics building was completed in April 2020 and immediately put into partial use by GEFCO Forwarding Netherlands. With the lease of Unit B to RIF Europe B.V., the complex is now fully leased for the long term. SEGRO Logistics Centre Schiphol is a modern and sustainable building with BREEAM Excellent certification. It was one of the first completed buildings at Schiphol Trade Park to be developed by SADC with very high sustainability ambitions. Among other things, the building uses heat and cold storage, its energy consumption is low, and a sustainable lighting plan has been implemented which incorporates as much daylight and LED light as possible.
